Letter to O2 Airwave, concerning equipment installed on Reynolds building, Bognor Regis

Dominic Reynolds, Managing Director of Reynolds Furniture, Bognor Regis, requested O2 Airwave on 6 March 2004 to remove equipment installed by deception on his building. O2 Airwave have refused ever since to co-operate.

Mr David Varney Airwave MMO2 Ltd 5 Longwalk Road Stockley Park Estate Uxbridge UB11 1TT 16th March 04 Dear Mr Varney Please find attached a letter sent to your offices on 6th March. As appears to be normal with your company no one has bothered to reply. When I was approached about the installation of new equipment no mention was made of the type of equipment that was to be used. Your agent Karen Sheppard of Andrew Wilkes and Associates put it to me that the equipment was for the use of the emergency services. At the time no mention was made of the type of equipment to be used other than it was visually the same as that already installed. I have since discovered that the equipment installed was Tetra and I believe that your agent was careful in ensuring that I was not aware of the controversy surrounding this type of equipment. I am daily in contact with people who are convinced that the Tetra mast is affecting their health and electrical equipment. I and my fellow directors do not wish to be associated with the use of such equipment and have therefore requested that the mast is turned off and the equipment removed. As your company appears to be reluctant to acknowledge or comply with my request I shall be seeking legal advice for the purpose of removing your equipment if I do not receive a reply by 26th March 04.
